For the Tofu
400gExtra firm or firm tofu cubed
2Tspsoy sauce
1Tspoil or use sesame oil
2Tbspcornstarch
1Tsprice flour
1/2Tspgarlic powder
For the Sauce
50MlTomato Sauce
1TbspTeriyaki Sauce
2TbspSoy Sauce

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the pressed and diced tofu with the soy sauce, rice flour, and garlic powder. After mixing well and letting it sit for a moment, add the corn starch and toss to coat.
This tofu may be pan-fried by transferring it to a skillet over medium-high heat, adding 2 teaspoons of oil, and then adding the tofu. Cook the tofu until most of the sides are crisp and brown, and then put it aside.
Cook the tomato sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sugar together until they completely melt and make a smooth consistency over low heat. The veggies are then added.
Toss the tofu, either baked or fried, thoroughly to coat.
