1Egg
3Medium Ripe Bananas
1/2TspVanilla Extract
3TbspOil
1/4CupSugar
1/4CupBrown Sugar
3TbspMaple Syrup
3 1/2TspBaking Powder
1/2TspSea Salt
3/4CupMilk
1 1/4cupalmond meal
3CupAll-Purpose Flour
1/4CupNutella
1/4CupChocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large mixing basin, combine the egg and beat it well.
Add the banana and mash it with a fork until just a few chunks remain. You want it to be somewhat smooth.
Whisk together the other ingredients, including the milk, saving the flour for the end.
Add in the Nutella and Chocolate Chips until well combined.
Pour into the cupcake holders and 20 minutes. When done, it should feel firm and be crackly and golden brown on top.
Let rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
