A cheesecake is a cold dessert of a soft, light and airy base made with graham crackers and butter.
It is then covered with a fresh chocolate filling, baked and then chilled overnight.
The Flavourful Favourite Cheesecake is full of deliciousness (That’s why we call it a flavourful favourite.).
To be honest there is nothing more to say about this creamy and luscious dessert.

Before We Start Check Out The Video:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Graham Crackers
- 1/4 Cup of Butter
- 2 Tbsp of Sugar
- 2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
- 6 oz of Chocolate Chips
- 16 oz of Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Greek Yoghurt
Toppings:
- Blueberries
Recipe:
- First, combine the first four ingredients in a bowl to form a crust an add it onto a 10 inch springform pan.
- Then, bake it for 10 minutes at 160°C
- In another bowl, melt the chocolate chips and keep it on the side.
- Then, beat the cream cheese in another bowl
- Then add in the sugar and the eggs one at a time
- Followed by that, add in the vanilla essence
- Add that on the side, bring back the melted chocolate chips and add in the Greek yoghurt and combine it well.
- Mix in the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and form a batter
- Bake at 160°C for 1 1/6 hours
- For the optimum result we would chill the cake overnight.
- Top it with blueberries and serve
