Alfredo Pasta

A flavourful favorite. What’s more to say?

This pasta is super creamy probably the creamest pasta you have ever eaten.

Many people think that pasta is a hard complicated dish that takes hours to make.

That is not true. You can easily whip up this pasta in around half an hour.

No Exuses. No Leftovers!

And when it is toped off with some fresh mozzarrella, It is just Magical!

Before we start you may want to watch the video:


  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp Basil
  • 2 Chicken Filets
  • 1/2 lemons juice
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of butter
  • 3-4 Cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp  Thyme
  • 1/2 Cup mozzarella grated
  • Mozzarella and Parsley for Topping


  1. Marinade the chicken with the first 5 ingredients and then add in the lemon juice. Marinade for 1-2 Hrs
  2. Cook the pasta as per packaging instructions.
  3. After maridnation cook the chicken on a non-stick pan until it is fully done. Keep it on the side
  4. In the same pan add in the butter and garlic and let it cook until golden brown
  5. Add in the flour and combine it well.
  6. Add in the milk in small portions. Let the sause thicken.
  7. Add in the salt, pepper, thyme and mozzarella and give it a final mix.
  8. To serve top it with parsley and mozzarrella
