Chickpea Burgers

These are really great! A must try recipe indeed.

When I made these I knew I would never want another vegetarian burger ever again!

The patty here is meant to be crumbly and super smooth!

It is also topped of with an amazing Marinara Sauce, Which is to die for!

Before We Start, Check Out The Video:

Patty:

  • 1 Tsp of Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Cups of Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Coriander
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp of Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp of Italian Seasoning

Sauce:

  • 1 Tsp of Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp of Basil
  • 1 Tsp of Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp of Sugar 

Recipe:

  1. Saute the first three ingredients in a pan.
  2. Add the suateed ingredients to the rest of the igredients for the patties and mash. Form patties and refrigerate.
  3. Cook all of the ingredients for the sauce on a medium-high heat and simmer for 45 – 50 Mins!
  4. Assemble!
