Ingredients:
Marinade:
- 1 Cup of Greek Yoghurt
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tsp of Ginger
- 1/2 Lemons Juice
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp of Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp of Chaat Masala
- 400 Grams of Tofu
Curry:
- 1 Tsp of Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tsp of Ginger
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp of Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp of Chaat Masala
- 3 Tomatoes
- 300 Ml of Water
- 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
Recipe:
- Combine all the ingredients under marinade and marinade for an hour. Add on to skewers and bake for 15 Mins at 180 C.
- Now cook the curry ingredients on a medium heat and simmer. Then add in the tofu and serve.
