Vegetarian Couscous

This couscous is something I like to call: DVG

Ingredients:

Cottage Cheese:

  • 100 GM of Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp of Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp of Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Chickpeas:

  • Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Tsp of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp of Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp of Paprika

Couscous:

  • 2 1/2 Cups of Couscous
  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
  • 3 3/4 Cup of Warm Water

Carrots:

  • 3 Medium Sized Carrots
  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp of Sugar
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Balsamic Vinagar

Extra Toppings:

  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 1/2 Cup of Bell Peppers
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Fresh Dill
  • Fresh Coriander

Recipe:

  1. Marinate the cottage cheese with all the spices until chaat masala.
  2. Remove the skin from the chickpeas and bake for 47 Min 180 C.
  3. Add the Couscous to the bowl season with salt and pepper, add in the water, cover and let it sit.
  4. Chop the carrots and add the seasonings and bake for 20 Mins at 180 C.
  5. Now cook the Cottage Cheese on pan.
  6. After Baking season the chickpeas.
  7. Now assemble everything to form an amazing salad!
