
A Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with mascarpone cheese mixture .
The way it just melts in your mouth creates a profound taste that is rarely experienced by anyone. This is definitely a must try for a regular.
Many associate this dessert as a challenge, but in reality it is not that hard to cook.

Ingredients:
- 400 Grams of Mascarpone
- 5 Egg yolks
- 150ml of Sugar
- 400ml Whipping Cream
- 200ml of Espresso
- Ladyfingers
- Cacao Powder
Full Recipe:
- Beat the mascarpone well in a bowl and till light and airy.
- Next beat the egg yolks and the sugar over warm water in in a bowl.
- The mixture, should be light and fluffy.
- Once finished, Add the the egg mixture into the mascarpone and beat well.
- In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine the whipping cream into the egg mixture in parts and fold well.
- Only start with a layer of ladyfingers dipped into espresso for seconds and then add the cream mixture and repeat that twice.
- Chill overnight
- Dust with cocoa powder and serve once it is out of the fridge.
