These tofu sticks are crispy and tender

Before we start, Check out the video:


  • 250 Grams of Tofu
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons of Corn Flour
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon of English Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast


  1. Marinate the tofu sticks with salt and pepper
  2. In one bowl, mix the flour and corn flour
  3. In another bowl, Combine the milk, vinegar and mustard
  4. In another bowl combine all the ingredients from bread crumbs to the nutritional yeast
  5. Dip the steak in flour and milk twice and then coat it with breadcrumbs
  6. Bake for 33 minutes at 220°C
